At Blue's Egg + Bakery, we've been serving elevated breakfast and lunch since 2010, combining the care and attention of fine dining with the comfort of your favorite morning meals. Co-owned by Chef Joe Muench, our menu is a creative blend of Old World ingredients and modern American brunch inspired by the diverse traditions of American immigrant cooking.

In addition to our delicious brunch offerings, our bakery features house-made treats and pies, available for pre-order.
